ALERT: Blocked Debit Card Transactions
As of May 14, 2015, First Commercial Bank will block all signature-based debit card transactions initiated in Mexico and Quebec, Canada due to reported fraudulent activity. Customers may still initiate PIN-based debit card and ATM transactions in Mexico and Canada. If you suspect there may be fraudulent activity on your account, please notify us immediately. To report a lost or stolen ATM or debit card, contact any branch office during business hours or call 1.800.221.9647 after hours.
